What are the fees with MoonPay?

MoonPay Crypto Fees

When you transact on MoonPay, you may be charged fees. These fees are calculated at the time you place your order and can be influenced by factors such as order type, order size, geography, partner, payment method, and other costs we incur to facilitate your transaction.

Please note that fees may vary for similar transactions and that MoonPay occasionally makes changes to its fees. Before placing an order, you can always review and confirm the applicable fees. By completing an order, you agree to pay the applicable fees for that transaction.

MoonPay Fees

A minimum MoonPay Fee will be applied if your transaction amount is below a minimum threshold, in an amount of $3.99 (or the currency equivalent) or up to $4.50 (or the currency equivalent) in the case of a referral. All percentages are “up to” and based on the transaction value. No MoonPay Fee is charged for a MoonPay Swap.

Ecosystem Fees

An Ecosystem Fee is a percentage charge that is applied to a transaction amount by MoonPay on behalf of some, but not all, of our partners.

Network Fees

This fee covers our costs associated with asset transfer and may vary depending on a number of factors, such as network congestion and operational costs

Bank-related Fees

It's important to note that your bank or card provider can have their own fees for transactions. Your bank may have a charge for inbound bank transfers or may charge you a fee for international card transactions. Please check with your bank if you are unsure before placing your order.
