How to Submit a Complaint

To help us better serve your needs, please ensure your complaint includes the following information with your request. Our Customer Complaint Officer will review your complaint and aim to provide a written decision addressing the issues within the timeframes outlined in our Terms of Use

If you’d like to submit a Complaint to MoonPay, you will need to contact Support using the Chat widget on the bottom right corner of this page.

If you are unable to connect to an agent, you will have the opportunity to file a ticket instead. Please be ready to provide the following information to a MoonPay Support agent via chat or ticket.

Information about the complaint

  1. Full reference of the crypto-asset service or agreement to which the complaint relates (i.e. name of the crypto-asset service provider, crypto-asset service reference number, or other references of the relevant transactions…)
  2. Description of the complaint’s subject-matter

Please provide documentation supporting the facts mentioned.

  1. Date(s) of the facts that have led to the complaint
  2. Description of damage, loss or detriment caused (where relevant)
  3. Other comments or relevant information (where relevant)
