If you think someone else has fraudulently gained access to your account, please send us a support request and select “I want to report fraud” -> “My MoonPay account has been compromised” in the drop-down menus.
We will cancel any transactions pending on your account and prevent any further transactions from being made. Please let us know if you’d like your account to be deleted, and in this case, you can create a new one at buy.moonpay.com.
