Why did my order fail?

We understand how stressful it can be if an order fails.
There can be a variety of reasons why an order can be rejected and most of them fail, because we couldn’t accept your payment, or we couldn’t verify your account or payment method.

If your order has failed and you have received a message saying “Your transaction has been declined by your bank”, please contact your bank for assistance, as they will have rejected your payment and this could be due to many possible reasons.

When you reach out to your bank, they may inform you of the specific reason for the decline which can include (but isn’t limited to): incorrect card information being submitted, failed verification, address mismatch, suspicious activity, or card limit reached.

Some banks are still hesitant to process cryptocurrency purchases because of the general lack of understanding of what cryptocurrencies are and the fact that they’re still unregulated by some local governments.

For all other inquiries, please start a live conversation with us by using the "Help" button in the bottom right corner of this page and we will let you know why your order failed.
