Things that can affect delivery times

We’ll always do our best to process your order quickly. But here are some issues that can crop up and cause delays.

• Bank Transfer Issues

  Before sending your bank transfer, ensure you’ve got MoonPay's bank details right. If the details are wrong, your bank might reject the transfer and send it back — and this process can take time. Also, please include your reference with the transfer, which lets us process incoming payments faster.

• Extra Verification

  Sometimes, we may need extra verification steps before finalizing your order. But if we need anything, we’ll always tell you. So keep an eye on your email inbox and the transaction tracker.

• Network and Blockchain Delays

  Sometimes a cryptocurrency’s blockchain may experience delays. For instance, this can happen if there’s a particularly high volume on that network. If this happens, we’ll do our best to process your order as quickly as the network allows. We’ll also let you know via email if we notice any delays.
