In order to close your account, head to buy.moonpay.com and open the menu screen by clicking on the hamburger icon ( ) in the top right corner of the widget.
Then, choose "Settings" from the menu list:
On the next screen, select the "Delete account" option.
On the final screen, we'll ask you to provide a reason for the account closure. We'll also give you the option to include any feedback you'd like to share with our team. Once you're ready, press "Delete account" to confirm this action:
Although we're sad to see you go, you are welcome back any time! You'll be able to use the same email address to open a new account in the future.
You won't be able to close your account if you have any pending transactions that haven't been fully processed. In this case, you'll have to wait until these transactions are completed or cancelled before closing your account.
