There is no code on my bank statement. What can I do?

The 4-digit code could be located in the description of the pending transaction on your online banking statement, e.g. MoonPay 1234.

If you can’t see the code on your bank statement, please send us a support request and select “Card verification” -> “No code on bank statement” in the drop-down menus. 

We'll ask you to verify the card using an alternative method by sending us a picture of yourself (selfie) holding your bank card next to your face.
