If you do not wish to continue with your bank transfer purchase order, please do not make the bank transfer. The transaction will automatically be cancelled a week from the date of its creation, and you will receive an email to confirm that it has been cancelled.
If you have already made the bank transfer and you wish to cancel your purchase order, please send us a support request, select “I am having issues with my transaction” -> “I want to Change or Cancel my transaction” in the drop-down menus, and let us know you would like to cancel. If we haven’t already sent you your cryptocurrency, we may be able to cancel your transaction.
In this situation, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been cancelled and that your bank transfer will be refunded within a few working days.
