Overview
Your MoonPay Partner Dashboard is shared across your whole organisation, but each person has their own login and profile. This article covers how to set up your account, invite your team, assign the right roles, and manage security settings like passwords and two-factor authentication.
Account settings vs. your personal profile
There are two levels of settings, and it helps to know which is which:
Account settings are shared across everyone in your organisation. This includes your account name, domains, API keys, fees, enabled assets, and team membership
Your profile is personal to you. This includes your name, display currency, email, password, and two-factor authentication
So if a teammate changes something and you don't see it, check which level it lives at. Account settings are shared; profile settings are individual.
Managing your team
You'll find your team under Team in the dashboard. It lists everyone with access, along with their role and the date they joined.
To add someone:
Click Invite User (available to Administrators only)
Enter their email and choose their role
Send the invite
Note: New teammates show as Pending until they accept the invite from their email. If someone can't access the dashboard after being invited, check whether they're still showing as Pending — they may just need to accept.
Roles and permissions
Each teammate is assigned a role that controls what they can do:
Administrator. Full access, including managing other users. The person who created the account is an Administrator by default
Developer. Technical integration access
Analyst. Data and reporting access
Support specialist. Support-related permissions
Tip: If you can't do something that needs higher permissions, check your role first. An Administrator on your team can either make the change for you or upgrade your role.
Updating your account name
To rename your account, go to Developers → General → Account Details and edit the account name field.
Managing your profile and security
Your personal settings live in your profile, which you can open from the user menu at the bottom of the dashboard:
Update your name, display currency, or email under Profile → General. Email changes need to be confirmed from your inbox before they take effect
Change your password or manage two-factor authentication under Profile → Security
Important: If you lose access to your two-factor authentication device, you can't reset it yourself. Ask Nova in your dashboard and it'll create a support request so our team can help you regain access securely.

Check whether the setting is an account setting (shared) or a profile setting (personal). Personal settings, like display currency, are different for each user. For shared settings, a refresh or re-login can help.
I invited someone but they can't log in.

Check the Team page. If they show as Pending, they still need to accept the invite from their email.
How do I reset my two-factor authentication?
How do I reset my two-factor authentication?
For security reasons, 2FA resets aren't self-service. Ask Nova in your dashboard and it'll create a support request so our team can reset it for you securely.
Where to get help
For anything account- or team-related you can't resolve from these settings, just ask Nova — our AI assistant, right there in your dashboard. Nova gives instant answers to most questions, and if it can't resolve something on its own, it'll create a support request and pass it to our partner support team for you.
