Overview
Going live means moving from test mode to processing real transactions as a MoonPay partner. This article covers what it takes to get there: getting approved, finishing setup, and activating your products. Going live happens per product, so you can launch one product while another is still being set up.
Before you can go live
A few stages need to be completed first. If you've just signed up, work through these in order:
Submit your project details so we know what you're building
Pass Account Review, where we confirm your business is a good fit (see Partner Account Review: what it is and what to expect)
Complete Business Verification (KYB), where we verify your company documents (see Business Verification (KYB) for partners: documents and what to expect)
You can follow your progress through all of these on the Get started checklist in your dashboard.
Finishing your setup
Once you're approved and verified, the last few steps on your checklist get you ready to launch:
Select your currencies. Choose which cryptocurrencies your customers can buy or sell, under On-ramp → Enabled assets (or Off-ramp → Enabled assets)
Set your fees. Configure your own fee on top of MoonPay's, under On-ramp → Fees
Activate your products. Turn on each approved product to start processing
Tip: Want to see what's on offer before you start? Browse the full list of supported cryptocurrencies, which is kept up to date with buy and sell availability by region.
Getting your live API keys
Your live (production) API keys become available once your product is approved. You'll find them under Developers → API Keys in the Production section.
Note: Before approval, you won't see a Production section at all — only Test keys. This is normal. Your live keys appear automatically once you're approved, so there's no need to request them.
You can keep building and testing with your Test keys at any point, even before approval.
Integrating MoonPay
To connect MoonPay to your app or website, head to On-ramp → Integrate (or Off-ramp → Integrate). You'll find:
Integrate using SDK, with setup steps for Web, React, React Native, iOS, and Android
1-click Vercel deployment, a pre-built integration you can launch without writing code
