Overview
There are two different things partners sometimes mean by "fees," and it's worth keeping them separate: the transaction fees you can set on your own integration, and the old subscription paywall that's since been removed. This article explains both.
Your transaction fees
As a partner, you can set your own fee on top of MoonPay's fees, charged per transaction. You manage these under On-ramp → Fees (or Off-ramp → Fees) in your Partner Dashboard.
For the full detail on setting these — including the Enhanced Verification requirement and regional options — see Configuring your widget: assets, fees, and theming.
The subscription paywall has been removed
MoonPay used to charge some self-serve Ramps prospects a monthly subscription fee — sometimes called a paywall — for access to onboarding and the dashboard.
Important: The paywall was removed on April 16th, 2026 as part of the unified partner onboarding launch. You no longer pay any subscription to access the dashboard or onboard. VIP partners were never charged this fee.
If you paid the paywall before it was removed
If you paid a paywall subscription fee before it was removed on April 16th, 2026, you're eligible for a refund.
To sort this out, just ask Nova in your dashboard and it'll create a support request so the right team can process your refund.
Transaction fees vs. the paywall
These two are completely separate, and it's easy to mix them up:
Transaction fees are the per-transaction fee you set on your own integration. These are a normal, ongoing part of how your integration works
The paywall was a separate monthly subscription for dashboard access, now removed entirely
So if you're seeing or asking about "a fee," it's worth checking which one you mean.
