Overview
As part of partner onboarding, we review your business website — a step sometimes called domain whitelisting. This confirms your site is live, legitimate, and clearly connected to the business going through verification. This article explains what we look for and how to get your site ready.
Sharing your website details
When you submit your project details (Step 2 of your Get started checklist), you'll be asked for some key information about your online presence:
Your website address, so we can review your official site
Your legal pages, such as your Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
Your social media accounts, to help confirm your online presence
Providing these accurately at the start helps everything move smoothly into verification.
Getting your website ready for review
To pass the website review, please make sure your site meets these requirements:
Live and publicly accessible. It can't be behind a login, password, or restricted area
Fully functional. Clearly showing your services and the features available to your users
All pages and links working. So we can review the full site
Complete legal pages. A Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions with clear information about your business
Important: The legal entity going through Business Verification must be the same entity connected to your website. Please make sure this is clearly reflected in your site's footer and legal pages.
Common reasons a website review is delayed
A few issues account for most delays:
Site not loading or not publicly accessible. Every page must be reachable without a password
Site incomplete or under construction. We can only review a finished, functional site
Ownership mismatch. The website must clearly belong to the same legal entity in your verification documents
Checklist before starting onboarding
Make sure your website meets the following requirements:
✅ Your website is live and fully functional
✅ It's publicly accessible, with no passwords or restrictions
✅ It clearly describes the services you offer
✅ Your Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are in place
✅ The site clearly reflects your legal entity and ownership
