Buying crypto with MoonPay is quick and simple. Just follow the steps below to complete your purchase:
How to buy
Step 1: Choose where to start
Open the MoonPay app or a wallet that’s partnered with MoonPay
Note: You'll find the Powered by MoonPay logo on wallet apps we've partnered with. You'll have the option to choose from a selection of cryptocurrencies. If you're using MoonPay via a partner wallet app, your wallet will provide the correct address.
Step 2: Choose your crypto and amount
Select the cryptocurrency and enter the amount you want to buy in fiat or crypto
Note: Because of how network fees work, we usually require that you buy at least €20 (or equivalent) of a cryptocurrency. This can change a little depending on network conditions – but we’ll always tell you the minimum amount. Read about MoonPay’s fees in our pricing disclosure.
Step 3: Add your wallet details
Enter your wallet address and click Continue
Note: If you have not completed micro-authorization verification for your card, the system will guide you to do so. Please ensure you use your own bank card. We only accept SEPA and SEPA Instant for EUR bank transfers, UK Faster Payments for the UK. For additional details, refer to our payment method article.
Step 4: Review and confirm your purchase
Review terms of use and exchange rate. Before you buy, check and agree to our Terms of Use and the exchange rate. Click the down arrow to view the exchange rate. Then, select your payment method and click Pay when you've reviewed and agreed
After completing your order, you'll receive a confirmation via email along with a link to our order tracker for real-time status updates
Note: We are currently unable to accept transfers from WISE and C24 Bank GMBH, our team is currently working on making this payment method available in future. We recommend using an alternative bank account to complete this step.

Now you can easily make a transaction from your desktop and complete it through Apple Pay on your phone. Here’s how:
Visit buy.moonpay.com
Choose the cryptocurrency and the amount you’d like to buy (in fiat or crypto)
Pick “Apple Pay” as your payment method
A QR code will appear on your desktop screen. Open your phone camera and scan the QR code
Confirm and finish your transaction directly on your phone
That’s it - your crypto is on its way to you!
