What is MoonPay Commerce?
MoonPay Commerce is a payment service provider that over 6000 merchants use to accept crypto payments.

How do I create my first payment?
To spin up your first payment, head to https://moonpay.hel.io/payments and hit Create payment. Choose any of the payment types. For a standard paylink, enter in the basic product details such as name, price and any networks. Configure further with any of the advanced options and you’re up and running!
Note: Each payment type (paylink, deposit, subscription, or checkout) can be customized through advanced settings in the dashboard.
How do I create a subscription?
Select subscription from the payment options and fill out the product details — similar to a standard paylink, but with a few additional requirements around the billing period & renewal reminders.
Tip: Use renewal reminders to notify customers before subscription renewals.
How do I manage payments?
All transactions appear in the dashboard under the Transactions tab. Each record shows the type of payment, and relevant transactional information. From here, you can also issue refunds when needed.
Note: For reporting purposes, this transactional data can be exported as a CSV file via the dashboard.
How to get notified of a payment?
Webhooks are the recommended way to receive transactional information on MoonPay Commerce. You can configure these via the dashboard or programmatically. Each transaction will provide a webhook payload to your destination URL with the relevant payment data.
How do I get a refund?
For refunds, please contact the merchant directly, as all transactions made on the MoonPay Commerce platform are direct peer-to-peer payments.
Important: Once a payment is made, it cannot be reversed or reclaimed by MoonPay due to the blockchain's security and irreversible nature. Therefore, MoonPay is unable to resolve payment disputes.

We recommend both businesses and creators verify via the dashboard in a few simple steps.

How do I find a receipt of my purchase?
We provide confirmation emails for each transaction. Buyers can also log into the buyers dashboard and view the transaction there.
Which blockchains does MoonPay Commerce support?
We support all major blockchains including Solana, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, and Polygon plus many others via our deposits and swaps widgets.
What currencies does MoonPay Commerce accept?
MoonPay Commerce supports payments in USDC, SOL, ETH, BTC, and hundreds of other tokens.
Tip: If your token isn't listed in our drop-down menu, you can pay a fee here to have it added.
How do I withdraw funds to a bank account?
You can set an auto-offramp to a nominated bank account via our trusted off-ramp partner, Iron.

What is a charge?
Charges are single-use checkout pages generated from a paylinkId. They’re ideal for mobile flows, deep-linking, QR codes, embedded pay buttons, and other custom payment flows. Generate a charge using the API, see endpoint here.
Can I test on Devnet?
Yes! To test MoonPay Commerce Payments, Checkout Widget, API, or other workflows without real funds – log into Helio on Solana Devnet, Polygon, Base or Ethereum Sepolia at moonpay.dev.hel.io.
How do I embed the Checkout Widget on my site?
You can embed the Helio Checkout Widget on your website and programmatically set the payment amount to create a flexible, dynamic checkout experience.
To get started, select the Checkout Widget option from your Helio Dashboard under payment methods. Once selected, embed the widget into your website using the integration code provided. The widget allows you to pass the amount as a configuration field, giving you full control to update prices dynamically based on user input, product selection, or other logic within your application.
