What are your bank account details?

If you are paying for your order using a bank transfer, we will provide the details of our bank account in the final step of your purchase journey. 

Please make sure that:

  • you have sent the transfer from your own bank account
  • you've included the reference number we gave you
  • you've sent the exact amount for your purchase order (including fees)
  • you've used "Moon Pay Limited" as a beneficiary name

If any of these fields are incorrect, your purchase will be rejected and your bank transfer refunded.
