I can’t add a new card to my account.

You might experience difficulty making transactions with a new card from a new bank if you have already added cards from 5 different banks to your account. Please use one of your existing cards to make transactions if you are not able to make transactions with the new card. 

If you have not added cards from 5 different banks on your account and you’re having trouble adding a card, please send us a support request and select “Help with an existing account” -> “Unable to add new card”. Please tell us the last four digits of the card you’re trying to add.
