What was NFT Checkout?
NFT Checkout was the payment layer that powered card purchases on NFT platforms. It allowed users to buy digital assets using a debit or credit card, without needing to hold crypto first.
What changed
On May 1, 2026, MoonPay discontinued NFT Checkout. Declining usage and a shift in product strategy meant we were no longer investing in it. We've focused our resources on our core on-ramp infrastructure, which offers a more robust, secure, and scalable checkout experience.
What this means for you
NFT Checkout is no longer available. If you're affected, we'd recommend reaching out directly to the platform you were shopping on — they'll be best placed to point you toward alternative payment options.
