Overview
Your Partner Dashboard gives you several ways to track how your integration is performing — from a quick volume snapshot to detailed transaction records and analytics. This article shows you where each lives and how to get the view you're after.
A quick view: your Dashboard
Once you're live, your dashboard home gives you an at-a-glance summary:
Total Volume and Transactions cards, each with Today and MTD (month-to-date) toggles
An Overview chart of your volume over time
A Currencies breakdown showing which cryptocurrencies your customers are buying
So if someone asks "how much volume did we do this month?", the Total Volume card with the MTD toggle is the fastest answer. For "what are our customers buying?", check the Currencies breakdown.
Transaction-level detail
For individual transactions, go to Transactions. You can filter by product using the tabs (On-ramp, Off-ramp, Swaps, Balance), search, and apply filters. To pull your data out, use Export.
Important: The Transactions table has a default date range applied, which isn't always obvious. If you're looking for an older transaction and can't find it, widen the date range before assuming it's missing — that's the most common reason a transaction seems to have disappeared.
If transactions still aren't showing, check:
Whether the Test data toggle is on or off, and that you're in the right mode
The default date filter on the table
Whether any filters are still applied from a previous search
Deeper insights: Analytics
For richer metrics — volume, revenue, customer engagement, and geographical breakdowns — open Analytics from the side menu. You can filter by date, country, product line, and payment method, and compare across time periods.
A few things worth knowing about Analytics:
It opens in your browser, so display can vary. If Analytics won't load, try a different browser — Safari and incognito/private mode are known to cause issues
It isn't exportable directly. For transaction-level export, use Transactions → Export instead
A status indicator shows data freshness at the top of the screen, so you know how current your numbers are
Tip: For comparisons to display, your main date range needs to span at least twice your comparison range. If a comparison isn't showing, widen the main date filter.
Test data vs. live data
Your dashboard has a single Test data toggle that switches the whole dashboard between test and live data. When it's on, you'll only see test transactions and metrics; when it's off, you'll only see live data. If your numbers look empty or wrong, this toggle is the first thing to check.
