Who can use this feature?
The Pots withdrawal feature is only visible to users with an existing staked balance.
What's changed
MoonPay Pots has been deprecated due to low adoption. New staking and Pot creation are no longer available. If you have an existing staked balance, you can still view your Pot and withdraw your funds at any time — there is no lock-up or waiting period.
How to withdraw from your Pot
Open the MoonPay app
On your home screen, scroll to the Earnings section. Tap on My Pot to view your earnings balance.Tap the Withdraw button
Inside your Pot view, tap Withdraw to begin the withdrawal processEnter the amount you want to withdraw
Use the number pad to input the amount of SOL or USDC SOL (or fiat equivalent) you'd like to move out of your Pot. The withdrawal will go directly to your MoonPay balance.Swipe to confirm
Swipe the button at the bottom to finalize your withdrawal.Success!
You'll see a confirmation screen confirming your withdrawal. Your SOL or USDC SOL is immediately accessible — no delays or lockups.
What happens to my mpSOL?
When you added SOL to a Pot, your staked position was represented by a liquid staking token (LST) called mpSOL, issued by the Sanctum protocol. Your SOL was staked with a validator operated by Kiln. MoonPay does not have custody of your SOL, USDC SOL, or mpSOL. Even though Pots has been deprecated, you can still access and redeem your mpSOL independently at any time using any Solana-compatible wallet or interface — you don't need MoonPay to do this.
