MoonPay isn’t working correctly in my browser. What do I do?

While MoonPay should work on all modern desktop web browsers, certain browser settings may prevent the MoonPay widget from functioning correctly. In case you're having trouble using MoonPay, please follow the instructions for your browser below to enable third-party cookies so MoonPay can work correctly. 

Safari

1. Click on Safari on the top left of your screen to see the dropdown menu.
2. Click Preferences.
3. Click on the Privacy tab, and uncheck both Prevent cross-site tracking and Block all cookies checkboxes.
4. Return to where you came from, refresh the page and you’re done!

Chrome

1. Click on the dropdown menu button on the top right of your browser.
2. In the dropdown menu, select Settings.
3. Enter cookies  in the search field on the top of the page.
4. Click on Site Settings, under the Privacy and Security section.
5. Click on Cookies under the Permissions section.
6. Click on the Add button next to the Allow section.
7. Copy and paste this link https://moonpay.com/buy into the text field and then click Add.
8. Return to where you came from, refresh the page and you’re done!

Firefox

1. Click on the dropdown menu button on the top right of your browser.
2. In the dropdown menu, select Preferences.
3. On the left navigation menu, click on Privacy & Security.
4. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section, and click on Manage Permissions.
5. Copy and paste this link https://moonpay.com/buy into the text field, click Allow then click Save Changes.
6. Return to where you came from, refresh the page and you’re done!

Brave

1. Click on the Shield button on the right of your browser's address bar.
2. Click on the toggle next to the label Shields UP for this site to turn it off. It should then say Shields DOWN for this site.
3. Brave will automatically refresh the page and you're done!
