Name changes
- If you have already passed our verification process and have legally changed your name, please visit our support centre, select “I am having issues setting up or accessing my account,” enter the email address registered to your MoonPay account, and select “How do I change my account information?”.
Please note you will need to provide supporting evidence to prove that you have legally changed your name. - If you have not passed our verification process and wish to change the name on your account, visit our support centre, select “I am having issues setting up or accessing my account”, enter the email address registered to your MoonPay account and select “How do I change my account information?”
Please note you will need to provide an explanation for why the name on your account needs to be changed.
Phone number changes
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your phone numbers as it is your unique identifier in our system. If you no longer have access to your phone number, please register a new account under your new phone number and verify your identity once again.
Residential address changes
You are able to change your residence address if you provide a valid proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill that has your full residential address and name on it, issued within the last three months. Please visit our support centre, select “I am having issues setting up or accessing my account”, enter the email address registered to your MoonPay account, and select “How do I change my account information?” and upload your proof of address.
